In a momentous celebration of India's scientific prowess and technological achievements, the Antariksh - Astronomy Club of VI, the Astronomy Club of Vishwakarma Institutes, orchestrated a live presentation of the Chandrayaan-3 lunar landing on August 23, 2023. This captivating event took place at Lecture Room no. 7 of Sadguru Science Classes in Virar and drew an audience of over 50 enthusiastic students ranging from Class 8th to 12th.

The lecture room was alive with anticipation as Antariksh volunteers and four educators from Sadguru Science Classes skillfully managed the event. The climax of the evening was the live streaming of the Chandrayaan-3 landing, showcasing real-time footage from ISRO's Control Room. The atmosphere in the lecture hall resonated with the tension and excitement experienced at ISRO's Control Room itself.

As the Chandrayaan-3's Vikram Lander delicately touched down on the lunar surface, jubilation erupted both at ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization and in the lecture hall. Cheers of joy, patriotic slogans, and tears of pride filled the room as students and space enthusiasts alike celebrated this remarkable achievement. The event served as a poignant reminder of the indomitable spirit of human exploration and the unifying power of scientific accomplishments.

Undoubtedly, the success of this event was made possible by the dedication and mentorship of Mr. Jameer Manur Sir, a respected figure in the field who currently serves at IUCAA, Pune, India (Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics). Jameer Sir's guidance paved the way for the event's resounding success. The Antariksh - Astronomy Club Club members, who tirelessly worked to bring the event to life, deserve accolades for their unwavering commitment and passion for promoting the marvels of Indian Space Technology.

The event would not have been possible without the support and encouragement of the Managing Directors of the Institute, Mr. Ashok Sawant Sir and Mrs. Sanjokta Sawant Madam. Their visionary decision to collaborate with the Antariksh Club has undeniably ignited the spark of scientific pride and curiosity in the young minds present that evening.

A special mention goes to Sahil Sawant, a dedicated volunteer at the Antariksh Club and a Physics Teacher at Sadguru Science Classes. He acted as the vital link between the Antariksh - Astronomy Club and the classes, ensuring the seamless execution of the event. Furthermore, Sahil Sawant also delivered an informative lecture on Chandrayaan-3 to students of Class 11th and 12th, further enriching the educational experience in Physics Lecture.

The live presentation of Chandrayaan-3's lunar landing at Sadguru Science Classes stands as a testament to the power of collaborative efforts, education, and the human spirit's innate curiosity. It has etched a milestone in the scientific journey of India and left an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of all those who witnessed this historic moment. Through events like these, we pave the way for future generations to embrace the wonders of science and continue the legacy of exploration and discovery.
